1Which countries do you deliver to?
Currently we only deliver to the United Kingdom.
2How long does delivery take?
Processing time: 1–2 working days. Delivery time: 3–10 working days. Total delivery time: approx. 5-13 days.
We ship directly from the supplier to reduce storage costs and enable free shipping.
3How can I track my order?
After dispatch, you will receive a tracking link by email (Track & Trace). Please note the shipment may only become visible 2–3 days after ordering.
4Can I cancel my order?
You can cancel within 1 hour after placing your order. After that, cancellation is no longer possible.

You have up to 30 days to return items. Products must be unworn, with tags and in original packaging.

The customer covers the return costs unless agreed otherwise.

Refunds are processed within 7 working days after inspection.
